We’ve dimmed the lights and lit some candles especially for you to come and taste our evening menu. Join us, from 5pm till 8pm, to relax with a big glass of Rioja and some decent tunes. If you’re looking to dine with under 18s then we recommend ordering your food by 6.30pm as we are licensed for under 18s until 7pm.
Our chefs are pizza perfectionists, determined to bring you the best, from the base to the toppings. Our Neopolitan inspired pizzas are hard to beat and we’re always trying out new flavours.
We also have an enticing nibbles selection that always goes well with a bottle of Nyetimber and two champagne flutes. But this is only the crust of the pizza, we have plenty more on offer.
Our chefs are dedicated to ensuring that our Neopolitan inspired pizzas are perfect every time. The hand stretched dough is true to the Neopolitan method and topped with freshly made Marinara sauce using only the best San Marzano tomatoes. We use Fior de Latte (milk’s flower), which is cow’s milk mozzerella, as it melts without browning into pools of creamy and stretchy deliciousness.
We also offer a great gluten free base, but we will need a written apology to Italy and our head chef, John. It’s fine if you write it on a napkin.

We have discovered that some people don’t want loads of cheese on their pizza because they’re taking care of their figure, our chefs might not totally agree with this lifestyle choice but they have chosen to cater for it.
According to the FDA pizza sauce is one of your five a day so without the cheese these slices of heaven are basically a superfood.
On an evening our deconstructed Burrito Bowls get big, with a choice of two toppings to start with you can keep going until your bowl is overflowing!
Our bowls have Lemon and Thyme Rice, Pineapple Chilli Chutney, Smashed Avocado, Sliced Red Chilli, Tomato Salsa, Sticky Ginger dressing and Crispy Onions.
The legend of the Parmo dates back to World War II where Nicos Harris, a brave American soldier injured in France was brought to Middlesborough. He enjoyed the Teeside Riviera so much that he decided to set up an American Grill, where he introduced the Parmo to the North.
We’re pretty sure he deserves a medal of honour for his services to British cuisine, others have argued he’s the cause of the obesity crisis in Teeside. Either way, we hope our enourmous Parmo does justice to his legacy.
Served with Red Aioli and Skinny Fries, our Parmo is not for the faint hearted, or those with heart conditions.
Our burgers are pretty special, we pack those buns with the best meat from our local butchers, handmade falafel or futuristic ‘bleeding’ plant protein patties topped with vegan cheese.
We love the Braised in Boston, slow cooked brisket and expertly spiced cajun lamb sits on top of one of our juicy beef burgers for an unforgettable meat feast.
All our burgers are served in a brioche or pretzel (ve) bun and come with skinny fries and side salad. There are also gluten free buns so no one has to have that awkward bunless burger. We know it’s not the same.
Whether you’re looking for sophisticated nibbles over a bottle of fizz or want to kick off your meal with a bang, our small dishes will definitely do the trick.
The salmon croquettes are particularly good, made with flaky cajun salmon with a crispy breadcrumb coating, you could be tempted to buy two portions. But, we recommend you mix and match and share with friends so you don’t miss out on any of these little beauties.

Just messing, he just thought you might fancy a decent stir fry or noodle soup. Our chefs keep the veggies crispy, the sauces poppin’ with flavour and don’t overcook the noodles. Can’t really ask for more when you’ve got a hankering for Pho.
Having got tired of requests from staff for ‘dirty fries’ John decided it was time to make the filthiest fries he could think of.
With substantial toppings and Chilli Cheese Fries that should come with a temperature warning, these naughty fried potatoes certainly shut the staff up.
They go brilliantly with our craft beer selection and satisfy that cheesy chips craving so you won’t have to call Tad Kebab.
